About BuzzTinker

A workshop for understanding how things work.

BuzzTinker is the home for independent projects in AI, software, systems, and the web.

The goal is not simply to ship polished results. It is to preserve the experiments, architectural decisions, failures, measurements, and reasoning that made those results possible.

The method

Build. Break. Understand. Repeat.

01

Build the thing.

Ideas get useful when they become testable. BuzzTinker starts by turning concepts into systems, interfaces, prototypes, and working software.

02

Break the assumptions.

A working demo is not enough. Push the system until its weak points, hidden dependencies, and false assumptions become visible.

03

Understand what happened.

Keep the evidence. Preserve the reasoning. The lesson matters more than pretending the first design was correct.

04

Repeat with better information.

Iteration is not repetition for its own sake. Each cycle should carry forward what the previous one actually taught.

How the site works

Projects

The things being designed, built, and maintained.

Lab

Experiments, benchmarks, prototypes, failures, and evidence.

Journal

Architecture decisions, explanations, and lessons worth keeping.

One rule

If the result matters, the reasoning behind it matters too.

BuzzTinker exists to keep both visible.
